Minimum Cleanliness Reading (CLR) of 28 or above.
Alcohol Test — 80% Negative
Milk must return 80% negative on the alcohol test.
Resazurin Test — Minimum 5 Hours
Minimum 5 hours on the Resazurin test.
Neutralizers — Negative
Milk must be free from neutralizing agents.
Adulterants — Negative
Milk must be free from adulterants such as water, starch, urea and detergents.
